Returns
We are happy to accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship within 30 days of the date of purchase. Should an incorrect item be posted to you we are also happy to accept a return within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Please notify us by email or phone of the situation as soon as you receive the Order.
The returned items must be clean, unsoiled, unused, and unwashed and returned within 30 days of purchase. Failure to meet these requirements will void our return guarantee.

Size Exchanges
Should you receive an item that is an incorrect size, please notify us promptly and we are happy to forward a more appropriate sized item. Simply return the item to us promptly. Please note: return postage (either to or from us) is not payable by Doggy Pawtique.
An item that does not fit your fur baby is a waste to you and the correct size must be provided. We are very proud of products and want only to see your babies wearing well fitted items.
